MAPLEWOOD, NJ – The owners of A Maplewood Beauty Salon reported the theft of their tip jar last week. On July 13, the Maplewood Police Department responded to a burglary report at Dominican Sparkle, located at 1675 Springfield Avenue in Maplewood. The caller reported that the tip jar was not in its usual place and, upon reviewing the interior security cameras, observed a male subject reaching his arm through the mail slot to unlock the deadbolt at approximately 2:54 AM.
