The Oranges and Maplewood NAACP Branch ( omnaacp.org ) recently achieved high honors by capturing a gold medal and a $10,000 ‘Write Her Future‘ scholarship from Lancôme, during the national ACT - SO (Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics) competition, held during the NAACP National Convention in Boston, Massachusetts.
