Real Estate Equities of St. Paul has closed on financing for this 160-unit affordable apartment project in Rosemount. (Submitted rendering) Real Estate Equities has locked up the land it needs for a 160-unit affordable housing project in Rosemount, a new territory for the developer. The St. Paul-based developer said it closed July 13 on land acquisition and construction financing for The Landing at Amber Fields, which will offer homes for households at 50%, 60% and 70% of the area's median income.
