We have a service agreement with Sears and they have now been to our home 8 times (starting in Aug and it is now the end of Oct.) and my washer is in worse shape than when they first came, I can't even use it now. They were supposed to come tomorrow, but canceled my appt. because they didn't know for sure if the part would arrive. It came today but now I have no appt. tomorrow. They then scheduled me for an appt. next week without asking me if I would be home. I have talked to multiple people who have been no help and give me different stories about when I can expect to get a new washer. The guy who has been coming says he has never done this repair. Ugh! After all of this, I am pretty done with Sears.
